Regional Express (Rex) is making life simpler for passengers and travel agents
with a reinvention of its fare structure. The key features of the new system
are:

Agents commission is payable on eligible fares booked via the web, including some lead in fares

Reduced fare conditions for maximum simplicity

Changes are permitted to all fares subject to class availability (except Promo Fare)

All fares can be upgraded to the next best fare if original booking class is not available (except Promo Fare)

The continuation of Rex’s one-way fare system giving passengers the ability to
use different fares for their forward and return journeys

A change fee will apply to some fares.
